St. Charles, IL Cooking Class

We had a wonderful cooking class in St. Charles, IL 2 weeks ago! It ended with serving a full Turkish meal to 17 adults. Our menu was:

• Hummus with Pita Bread for appetizer
• Kırmızı Mercimek Çorbası (Red Lentil Soup) with Lemon Wedges and Bread
• Sebzeli Pilav (Rice Pilaf with Veggies)
• Tavuklu Güveç (Vegetable Casserole with Chicken)
• Cacık (Garlicy Cucumber Yogurt Sauce with Dried Mint)
• İrmik Helvası (Semolina Helva) for dessert
• Çay (Turkish Black Tea)
• Turkish Delight
