We had a wonderful cooking class in St. Charles, IL 2 weeks ago! It ended with serving a full Turkish meal to 17 adults. Our menu was:
- Hummus with Pita Bread for appetizer
- Kırmızı Mercimek Çorbası (Red Lentil Soup) with Lemon Wedges and Bread
- Sebzeli Pilav (Rice Pilaf with Veggies)
- Tavuklu Güveç (Vegetable Casserole with Chicken)
- Cacık (Garlicy Cucumber Yogurt Sauce with Dried Mint)
- İrmik Helvası (Semolina Helva) for dessert
- Çay (Turkish Black Tea)
- Turkish Delight
