20 ladies attended my cooking class last Thursday and enjoyed some scrumptious food afterwards. Here is what we made and enjoyed:

- Peynirli Tepsi Börek (Layered Pastry with Feta Cheese)

- Cacık (Garlicy Cucumber Yogurt Sauce with Fresh Dill)
- Bahar Pilavı (Rice with Meat and Spring Greens)
- İrmik Helvası (Semolina Helva Dessert)
- Çay (Turkish Black Tea)
