How many people do you think this will feed? And any sides you’d recommend to go with it besides rice?

Rice Pilaf of course goes very well with this dish, but bulgur pilaf is also a good option. Complimentary sides salads include: Çoban Salatası, Mevsim Salatası, or Bol Yeşillikli Salata. Also any side dish with yogurt is a very nice complement, such as: Cacık Sauce, Semizotu Saştası, or Haydari.
