Always save the best for last, right?! The week before flying back to Turkey a dozen ladies gathered for my final cooking class of 2019. We had a great time chatting while preparing 5 dishes together. It was great to share with another group who was so interested in learning all about Turkish culture and life there while learning some new Turkish recipes. After enjoying the meal together all left-overs were quickly claimed by ladies eager to take them home and share with their families. Our gluten-free menu:
