Sleepy Fig Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ c. Whole Milk
- 20 Dried Figs
- 2 tsp. Honey
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
Directions:
- Cut Figs into very small pieces.
- Combine Fig pieces and Milk in a small pot on the stove over medium heat.
- Whisk in Honey and Cinnamon.
- Continue to cook (not boil!) until everything is well blended.
- Pour mixture into 5 parfait glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and sliced figs or walnuts before serving.
