Havuç Salatası

Garlicy Carrot Dip 

  • 4-5 Carrots, grated
  • 3 T. Olive Oil
  • 2 c. Yogurt
  • 2 cloves Garlic, grated
  • Salt

 

  1. Heat Olive Oil in a frying pan and add the grated Carrots. Cook for 4-5 minutes, set aside to cool.
  2. In a medium bowl mix together Yogurt, Garlic and Salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in Carrots until well blended.
  4. Refrigerate for a half hour. Serve chilled. This dip is a great appetizer or party food. It goes well with pide bread, veggies or simply eaten by the spoonful.

    This salad is so simple to make and so delicious! I couldn’t wait for it to refrigerate for a few hours and had some right away. It was good, but definitely way better once cooled. 🙂 The only problem with this recipe is that it’s gone too quickly. 🙂
