Turkish Cake

Soft & Moist with a hint of Chocolate 

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 ½ c. Sugar
  • ½ c. Butter, softened
  • 1 T. Baking Powder
  • 1 T. Vanilla
  • 1 c. Plain Yogurt
  • 2 ½ c. Flour
  • 2 T. Cocoa

 

  1. Cream together Eggs, Sugar and Butter well.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350oF for 40-45 minutes.
