Orange Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ c. Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- ½ c. Oil
- 1 c. Milk
- 1 c. Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1 T. Baking Powder
- 3 Flour
- 1 Orange Peel grated for zest
- Cinnamon
Directions:
- Whisk together Eggs & Sugar (or use an electric mixer on high speed).
- Mix in Oil & Milk.
- Add Squeezed Orange Juice, Flour, Baking Powder, and Orange Zest.
- Pour batter into a greased bundt cake pan.
- Sprinkle Cinnamon on top of batter (which will be the bottom of the cake).
- Bake at 325oF for 45-55 minutes.
- After removing from oven allow to stand and cool 10 minutes before dumping out of pan.
- Sprinkle Powdered Sugar on top of cake to garnish.
