Fried Potato and Egg dish reminiscent of the Ottoman era
- Olive Oil
- 2 Potatoes, diced
- 4 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Coat frying pan with Oil and fry diced Potatoes.
- In a separate bowl, beat Eggs and Seasonings together.
- Pour on top of fried Potatoes.
- Stir together and complete cooking.
