Fried Potato and Egg dish reminiscent of the Ottoman era

  • Olive Oil
  • 2 Potatoes, diced
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Thyme to taste

 

  1. Coat frying pan with Oil and fry diced Potatoes.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat Eggs and Seasonings together.
  3. Pour on top of fried Potatoes.
  4. Stir together and complete cooking.
