Creamy Purple Cabbage Salad

  • 1 head Purple Cabbage, grated
  • ¼ c. Olive Oil
  • ¾ c. Plain Yogurt
  • ¼ c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. Sour Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic, grated
  • ½ tsp. Salt

Directions:

  1. Fry grated Cabbage with Olive Oil for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Yogurt, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Garlic and Salt.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together cooled cabbage and white sauce mixture until blended.
  4. Spread the salad out on a large platter. Garnish as you wish (I used some fresh dill and walnuts).
