Creamy Purple Cabbage Salad
- 1 head Purple Cabbage, grated
- ¼ c. Olive Oil
- ¾ c. Plain Yogurt
- ¼ c. Mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. Sour Cream
- 2 cloves Garlic, grated
- ½ tsp. Salt
Directions:
- Fry grated Cabbage with Olive Oil for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, whisk together Yogurt, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Garlic and Salt.
- In a large bowl, stir together cooled cabbage and white sauce mixture until blended.
- Spread the salad out on a large platter. Garnish as you wish (I used some fresh dill and walnuts).
