Ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Milk
- 1 c. Oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 T. Baking Powder
- 3 T. Cocoa
Directions:
- Mix Eggs and Sugar together on high speed until bubbly.
- Slowly mix in Milk, Oil and Vanilla.
- Add Flour and Baking Powder.
- Pour 1/3 of the batter into a smaller bowl. Stir in Cocoa.
- Pour a bit of the vanilla batter into a greased bundt pan. Then pour in some chocolate batter. Repeat in layers until both batters are finished.
- Bake at 350oF for 35-40 minutes.
- After removing from oven allow to stand and cool for 10 minutes before carefully dumping cake onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
- Dust top of cake with Powdered Sugar (or vanilla glaze), slice, and enjoy!
