Minty Yogurt & Feta Dip 

  • 4 T. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Dried Mint Flakes
  • ¼ c. Walnuts, finely chopped
  • 2 cups Plain Yogurt, thick-style
  • 30 oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 8 sprigs Dill, finely chopped

 

  1. Heat Olive Oil in a frying pan. Add Walnuts & Mint and sauté for 2 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a medium bowl mix Yogurt & Feta Cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix in Garlic and Salt.
  4. Stir in the Oil/Walnut/Mint mixture. Mix until well blended.
  5. Serve chilled. This dip is a great appetizer or party food. It goes well with pide bread, veggies or simply eaten by the spoonful. It’s also tasty as a side with a meat dish.
