Walnut Cinnamon Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

• 3 Eggs
• 1 c. Sugar
• ¼ c. Oil
• ½ c. Milk
• 1 c. Chopped Walnut Pieces
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon
• 2 tsp. Vanilla
• 1 T. Baking Powder
• 2 c. Flour

Directions:

1. Whisk together Eggs & Sugar (or use an electric mixer on high speed) until frothy.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients.
3. Pour batter into a greased bundt cake pan.
4. Bake at 325^oF for 40-45 minutes.
5. After removing from oven allow to stand and cool 10 minutes before dumping out of pan.
6. Sprinkle Powdered Sugar on top of cake to garnish.
