Walnut Cinnamon Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- 1 c. Sugar
- ¼ c. Oil
- ½ c. Milk
- 1 c. Chopped Walnut Pieces
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 T. Baking Powder
- 2 c. Flour
Directions:
- Whisk together Eggs & Sugar (or use an electric mixer on high speed) until frothy.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Pour batter into a greased bundt cake pan.
- Bake at 325oF for 40-45 minutes.
- After removing from oven allow to stand and cool 10 minutes before dumping out of pan.
- Sprinkle Powdered Sugar on top of cake to garnish.
