Turkish Tea Cake
- ½ c. Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 c. Black Tea, brewed
- 1 ½ c. Sugar
- 1 T. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 T. Cocoa
- 2 c. Flour
- Mix all wet ingredients together, including the cup of brewed tea.
- In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients.
- Stir both mixtures together.
- Pour into a greased 9×13 baking pan.
- Bake at 375oF for ½ hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
