Minty Yogurt & Feta Dip
- 4 T. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Dried Mint Flakes
- ¼ c. Walnuts, finely chopped
- 2 cups Plain Yogurt, thick-style
- 30 oz. Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- ¼ tsp. Salt
- 8 sprigs Dill, finely chopped
- Heat Olive Oil in a frying pan. Add Walnuts & Mint and sauté for 2 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In a medium bowl mix Yogurt & Feta Cheese until smooth.
- Mix in Garlic and Salt.
- Stir in the Oil/Walnut/Mint mixture. Mix until well blended.
- Serve chilled. This dip is a great appetizer or party food. It goes well with pide bread, veggies or simply eaten by the spoonful. It’s also tasty as a side with a meat dish.
