Potato Sausage Stir-fry
Ingredients:
- Frying Oil
- 7 oz. Smoked Sausage
- 5 Potatoes, diced
- 2 Green Bell Peppers, chunks
- 1 Sweet Red Bell Pepper, chunks
- ¾ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Black Pepper
- ½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
Directions:
- Fry Potatoes in Oil (use plenty of oil over high heat).
- When Potatoes are done, put on a plate with paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Cut Sausage into coins, then cut coins in half.
- Fry Sausage pieces in Oil until they start to crisp.
- Add Peppers and fry until tender.
- Add Potatoes and Seasonings. Mix together well.
